RecommendedI recently got an auto starter for my new car. Ashley Tuttle was the gal who helped us out, and she was fantastic, super helpful, and gave us great service. We will be customers again in the future. Automotive concepts was great, and I would highly recommend them! I love my new auto starter!
Very unprofessional. I made a deal over the phone with a guy last week. I called today to make sure our deal still stood, before makin a 2 hour trip. My calls were avoided. I was on hold for 15 min then again for 10. Where I come from you make a deal you stick with it. I would have rather been told to F off rather than play high school games.
