Best custom shop in the Midwest!!
I had a revolver 2 tonneau cover and at spray in bed liner installed everything works like it should. they got me in right away and did an amazing job. I definitely will be doing a lot more business in the near future
If something ever goes wrong with something they do to your vehicle they do not stop until the problem is resolved. Great group of people over there.
they put a custom sunroof in my 92 Caprice A+ Rating
Terrible customer service and poor quality of work. I won’t get into the months of headaches on two different trucks, yes, I gave them multiple chances to provide even average service and they couldn’t do it. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Find somewhere else to do business. Avoid all of Automotive Concepts businesses.
Was treated with disrespect at a place that does not seem to know what an appointment is or how to communicate potential fees and charges. Reached out to the business owner who did not even acknowledge my feedback. Very poor treatment of customers, that will no doubt take advantage.
