Fair and reasonable. I have trusted Charlie for the past few years. I cannot say that about any other shop near me that I have visited I am so glad I found him a few years ago
They were the highest price in the area by 1/3 to replace my radiator $421.99 parts and labor and fees, today. Three other Woodstock shops were at or below $285. They did excel at one aspect, expediency. The work was done in about 2 hours. The owner or manager could give me no good reason why the price was so much higher and I did not want to drive around with no coolant in my car so I was kind of stuck. This better be the best radiator ever.
I can't say enough good things about Charlie and his shop! I took my car to him for an oil change and tire rotation. While he was working on it he did an overall inspection of it and gave me a heads up as to what else would need to be done in the future. He was very honest about what manufacture recommend maintenance would be essential, what things realistically could wait, and what things that were just unnecessary. The employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. They treat you as an individual not just another car pushed through the shop. I took my truck in for an oil change. They also did a courtesy inspection and found out there were other things I needed. They did not try to convince me to do it now but advised me of the timeline and priority of each thing needed. In my opinion they are honest and trustworthy. I will be returning for future work.
Charlie is as good as they come. A great person that cares about his customers. Extremely knowledgable, very fair & honest. He is the only shop I refer my friends to.
