When I took my car in for assessment I didn’t know what to expect. I handed my car over to Charlie and conveyed my issues. When I came back for the assessment I was so appreciative. Charlie walked me through everything he found but with such respect for someone that doesn’t know anything about cars. Definitely THEY ARE NOT BLESSING AT ALL! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!! I went there in November bcs I heard a noise in my car. They drove my car and charge almost 500 to fix. I paid but in December I went back there I told the guy I think Charlie still with the same noise he drove my car and keep my car for 5 days to "fix"after a 2 weeks the noise came back.... Now I will have to spend a small fortune to pay all the bad they did in my car because if I come back there they will say it is another thing charge more and make you to be ... read more
We use AB for all our vehicles and value having a local, honest mechanic we can rely on. Charles even helped me sell my old car when I got a new one! It's unfortunate he's an LSU fan but hey, no one's perfect!
Charles takes the time to evaluate your vehicle. He lets you know of future upcoming maintenance or repairs that are going to be necessary so that you can budget for them. No high pressure sales here! Love this place!
This place is a rip off !!!they use Cheap parts that don’t last a year , but Charge you an arm and a leg to fix your vehicle . Do not pay with cash !!!!!by not paying with cash you have an Avenue for recourse through your credit card company ... stay away .......
