Pat Shane was so patient and informative while we were in the process of deciding what type of car to purchase. After our whole experience of test driving many cars and and speaking with Pat over a week we finally decided on a great vehicle that suits our needs. We never felt any pressure from Pat but she was always available if we had questions and is very knowledgable. She made the car buying experience a pleasant one. My son and his new bride just bought their dream car (4-Runner) at Auto Aves yesterday! I not only referred them to Auto Aves, but I went went with them because it is always a nice experience. Buying from Auto Aves is a whole different experience than buying from a typical car dealership. There literally is no pressure. You tell them what you want. no pressure, quick and friendly ! I have never purchased a car before and felt good about it. this time was different. I had a great experience and Dan was fantastic. I gave him an almost impossible task and deadline to find a suv and he pulled it off!! I would highly recommend auto aves.
