straight forward and honest This automotive repair and service business won't stick you with unnecessary expenses. We took our car into them because the dealership said our brake pads needed to be replaced. Automotive Associates took off our tires and did a brake check to find out that wasn't true. We were charged a nominal fee for the check, but at least we have peace of mind that our brakes are safe.
Very Good Service Ron is a straight up guy who knows his stuff. I live in Orange County but my car broke down in the northern part of the San Fernando valley. I first researched mechanics for the area on the internet and Automotive Associates had two 5 star ratings and an "A" grade from the Better Business Bureau. I would have to agree with the first two ratings of 5 stars for honesty and integrity. automotive associates I have taken my car here once when I was out of town. I was having a problem with in and they were able to fix it without charging me a fortune. They were very fast and professional and I would go back if I was in the area.
The guy that runs the shop his name is Ron. He has been there ever since I was a little girl. My family all take our cars here when we need something fixed because the auto department at the dealers are way over priced and they always try to get you to pay more money on something else that could be wrong.
