Worst car repair experience This was the worst car repair experience of my life. These guys were well aware of the problem and did absolutely nothing to resolve it. The car came back to me worse than when I brought it. Customer service was zip. I picked these guys because of the reviews on this site and feel we all have a responsibility to post our experiences so other consumers can learn from our experiences.

Great value, honest service Ron and his crew are honest, hardworking, and know their stuff. I've always gotten great service at a very reasonable price, with never any mysterious charges. A great find in the Burbank area, highly recommended!

For some reason I just didn't trust them I took my truck in to them for a couple issues I was having. They had it for a couple hours and called me back to say that it needed a major tune up (I've heard that before) that would cost me around $600. They couldn't tell me exactly what the problem(s) were but said I needed the tune up and that would fix it. I didn't have them do the work but did it myself and my truck is no better off.

Best of a Difficult Situation I took my car to Automotive Associates and they did the best they could in a difficult situation. I appreciate Ron's understanding and patience. Car repairs are sometimes difficult to deal with.
