Alex was very rude and Michael try to be helpful but tell lies. I noticed other had a great experience that doesn't look like me. Hmmmm.... They have had my fiance car more then he has.
My car was totaled out and I needed a vehicle quick, fast and in a hurry. Alex, and his staff could not have been more helpful. I told him what I do for a living and how much $ I had to put down. He found exactly what I wanted the very day that I called. His loan program is like no other buy here program available. It's not designed to rip off the customer. A whole staff of people who go above and beyond. This was the first car I bought on my own. Alex & JT helped me understand everything from financing to how to really take care of my Volvo. The other staff there are great too.
JT was awesome!! I had to have my car towed all the way from Clemson and he came and got it at 10 at night and had it ready within the next day. He was very helpful and followed up as well! Great service!
They can't answer a phone so how are you supposed to pay your car payment!?!
