Excellent customer service. A mirror arrived broken and was speedily replaced. I called on a Sunday and actually spoke to someone. I've contacted them several times and each time received a prompt and courteous response.
I will promote this company and its people with anyone in the market for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. We had an excellent experience acquiring our van: fair pricing, knowledgeable and kind salespeople, consistent communication throughout the process, and a genuine care for our needs and satisfaction.
