They provide great customer service and they back their products 100% They sent me a brand new scooter after the first one was defective. Thanks so much Thomas for all your help.
If they don't have or know about it, you probably don't need it. Focus certainly seems to be taking care of the customer first and foremost.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Nick Faris. Even though we completed everything by phone, text and email, he was very thorough in his explanation of my 2015 Toyota Sienna. He did a video call with me and showed every single thing on the van. I was going to buy a van with a ramp and he let me know that you all had a van with everything I needed and I would not need to have anything put in. He also got me the financing I needed. Thanks Nick!!
