We purchased a REVO2.0 in 2023 from Automobility. Now three years later we need new batteries. I called and spoke with Greg who walked me through what we needed for batteries and questions I have had about charging daily and through the winter (we live in Maine!) Greg, thank you for your patience answering all my questions.
I called Thomas at the store and explained a problem I was experiencing with my chair lift in my truck. He had me come down so he could look at the issue. He fixed a couple of problems on the spot bur needed parts from the lift manufacturer and approval for the labor from the Veterans Administration. I called the number for the VA and got the approval process started and let Thomas know that was in process and the VA would be contacting him. Not enough good things to say about the AutoMobility Store. My van was just delivered and it is wonderful! Nick was great to deal with and Thomas (who delivered my van) is a true pro. I am very happy with the service I received. If you ever need anything mobility related, these are the folks to go to! THANKS GUYS!!
