Thomas is exceptionally informative and anxious to be sure our needs were appropriate for the mobility scooter we inquired about. He was personable and answered our questions giving us several options explaining clearly differences in models and functionally. The absolute best of the best of buying, servicing and customer support in the mobility business. Bought a scooter 5 years ago for my dad. When it finally needed batteries. Thomas changed them out and even cleaned up my dad's scooter. I noticed a lift chair demo on the floor and started asking questions about it. Thomas never pressured, never pushed for additional features or tried the "you better buy it now cause the prices are going up" trick. I ended up ordering one for my dad. Sold my Moms van to Auto Mobility Store, Nick was very very professional, honest and fair, very rare these days. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The transaction was smooth, fast and organized. This place seem to be a great place to use if shopping for mobility equipment, too bad they’re not local in south Florida. Thanks to Nick again!
