Very professional employees and the job was done professionally. Had my truck sprayed underneath for rust protection , windows tinted, and full flim on my hood and Partial sides requested . They done an excellent job on all three parts. I’m one Satisfied customer.
Brought my 5 year old truck in to Detail Pro wanting a ceramic coating (& paint to be corrected as well). Although staff was professional, when I said I wanted the truck to look brand new, they did not say anything about not being able to address ANY paint defects. They handed my truck back to me with a ceramic coating applied but all the paint defects were there. I felt like I wasted my money. They did say that if I got the paint corrections done outside their shop, they would recoat the truck.
Detail Pro Shop never disappoints. This was my second vehicle in four years that received a lifetime coating. With Detail, the service after the sale really separates them from the competition. They provide an annual checkup on your vehicle to ensure that your surfaces are still protected. Their staff always makes you feel welcome and will give you lift when you drop off your car!
This one star review is not about the staff, technique or product of the shop; it’s for its owner Mike. I had a full tint service done for my car but the windshield tint is creating a haze and rainbow effect for all lights. (I have large and curved windshield) I waited for it to cure but it never got better, it’s to a point it’s not even safe to drive at night because all the light halos. This was the 3 rd time having window tint applied to a vehicle and my first at Detail Pro Shop. The application took just a few hours and the finished product compared to other shops is exceptional. The glass appears to be cleaner than it’s ever been, the borders of the tint appear seamless, and not a single bubble to be found. The tint doesn’t have that plastic vinyl feel to it at all and looks great. The staff there are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I fully intend to return for other services in the future.
