The customer service here is excellent—like, genuinely thoughtful and super efficient. They offered on-site estimation, which made everything so convenient and, honestly, saved me more time than I expected. Also, pricing felt really fair for the level of service they provide, which doesn’t happen often with services like this. The staff? Just really polite and easy to talk to without being pushy or over the top. It was nice to feel properly taken care of without any hassle—smooth experience overall.
Really appreciate the help from Tiffany who processed all the claims paperwork for us and arranged the car rental. Thank you to the team for doing a great job on fixing our bumper, adding ppf and replaced our windshield. Also shout out to the staff who cleaned our car well, inside and out before we picked up our car. Highly recommend this place!

Ben was very transparent throughout my recent ICBC claim process, and his team does amazing work. Everyone there, from the front desk team to the techs, were very friendly and accommodating. They recently fixed the entire passenger side of my Tesla Model S, and everything came out spot on. Booking was easy, and a courtesy car was given to me without hassle during my appointment. I've been taking all my vehicles to Ben for many years now, and AutoMind Coquitlam has always delivered top notch work.
I recently had my car fixed at Automind for a door ding from a reckless driver. The dent and paint repair was flawless, completely invisible!
