No pressure or games. They were very up front and honest. LOVE THE TRUCK
Justin and Peter were very friendly, showed me all the features of the truck. I have not bought yet, (still narrowing down exactly what I want) but with the selection of clean trucks there I will be back.
Contacted them about a truck I found on CarGurus that was on their lot even though it didn’t quite have all the options I wanted. Dealer responded very quick set up a showing. Did not buy that vehicle but when jay the owner(who is right out front on the sales floor) over heard he helped assist me in finding the truck with every option I wanted!! Thank you for the great service guys!!

Would never buy from this crook. Left work early and drove 2 hours just for peter to try and rip me off. For starters the car had 9000 more miles then advertised. And didnt have a sunroof as advertised. That being said i didnt want to pay sticker price. After negotiating he said he would throw in a 3year warranty so me and my girlfriend agreed to buy. After peter did the paperwork for financing we realized he actually was try to charge us for the 3year warranty he was suppose to "throw in." Things went sour from there. He tr... read more
We went into Automile and test drove a very nice Suburban LTZ. Everything was going very well and we were actually prepared to buy it. We did know our credit wasn't perfect and we made them aware of that fact upfront but was assured it would be fine (we knew our scores going in, my wife and I both use credit monitoring). When the credit did not come back perfect, the salesman's entire demeanor changed. He clearly did not want to be bothered by us, but he said he would try to secure financing. I sent an email asking if it was still available and I did receive an email saying it was available. I lived over an hour away so I sent a couple more emails with questions about the truck and received no response. I had narrowed it down to this truck and a truck somewhere else and I was actually leaning towards this truck but when I was ignored I bought the other one. It's there loss but found it unprofessional.
