I started financing my first car from this location last year after my last one got totaled. The process was easy and everyone was very lovely. After my first year of payments I decided I wanted an upgrade from a hatchback to an SUV so I went in yesterday 02/24/25 and filled out a new application. Since I took good care of the last one they set me up with great options and I left with a 2018 Dodge Journey. My experience has always been amazing with everyone who works here:)
Not really happy with the guy from the finance department. Was rude and we had to repeat our answers more than 3 times, as if he had major comprehension issues or something. Also 28% interest and $7,000 down for a used vehicle is pure insanity. They are really trying to rip people off 😂 Update: We went to LOR motorcars and they were fantastic.
