DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We first purchased a Kia Optima that had immediate issues, including a nail in the tire during the test drive and a broken door handle within a week. We then switched to an Infiniti QX60. Within days, the check engine light came on. The dealership reset it after a catalytic converter cleaning but did not fully diagnose the issue. As many of you know, I recently left a review about my very first car! Unfortunately, I was rear-ended and my car was totaled. Of course, I called Bradley right away and the first thing out of his mouth wasn’t about the car, it was, “Are you okay?” That meant the world to me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! AutoMax Tampa Bay has extremely poor business practices and even worse customer service. They just want your money and then leave you to rot once you leave the lot with their car. The 2 vehicles we got had issues almost immediately, and instead of properly resolving them, they applied temporary fixes and failed to fully disclose what was actually wrong. We started out at another car dealership where the service was horrible! We came into automax where Bradley immediately greeted us with kindness and asked how he could assist us! What i liked most is he listened and didnt make us feel rushed. Even when he left us to assist other customers he came right back. He was honest and fun to talk to. His demeanor sold us alone before we even test drove the car. Afterwards he offered us a deal and meet up with another an even better deal. Customer service is everything in a business.... read more
Bad experience I bought a Corolla that within a week I found missing charging ports (pictured) I bought the ports. But come to find out as I tried to fix it that the mechanics messed with it as I took the kick plate off and saw that it was for a gps unit (pictured). As pictured it has connectors that can’t be bought because a wire harness is needed. So I will scour junkyards for the connectors since they refuse to fix the issue.
