I bought a car from this AutoMax HB dealership which was the worst decision I ever made. Don't expect for things to be done in time plus don't expect for customer service. It took me hard long 4 months to get the car to my name and in addition to that they never provided me with my **** of sale. Keep in mind I paid the car in cash in full the same day. I feel like they know exactly what they are doing and that's why you will find there new employees to take your calls every while.

I was looking to test drive a vehicle with Automax HB. I was contacted by Javier about the car that I was interested in. He asked me if I was available for a test drive. I responded by telling him that I am available, but I did not want to come in for a test drive if the price is not negotiable. I had to drive about 1.5 hours to get to this dealership from my work area. Javier ensured me that it is negotiable and to let him know when I will be on my way there.
