Great experience dealing with the team from AVS. Customer service was great with prompt follow up to any enquiries and kept me in the loop regading my order. There were no delays and Jas kindly tailored a solution to fit my circumstances. Machine looks great too!
I can’t thank Basil, John, Nicoletta and Thava enough! Everything that went wrong (normal for us) they fixed asap! The one thing we loved about this company was how well they looked after us no matter what and from start to finish! If your thinking of buying a vending machine for your business I highly recommend you do!
We had difficulty finding a vending machine supplier that met our needs. In desperation, I rang AVS, knowing they are manufacturers, not distributors. The AVS team couldn't have been better, going the extra mile to connect us with suppliers and get the machines set up fast. Highly recommended.
