I don’t usually leave reviews on businesses but this company deserves a review. I broke down trying to go camping and my transmission was leaking everywhere I called these guys and they instantly got me in and a few hours later I was on the road.definitely would recommend this business
Exceptional service! Throughout The entire process of getting my transmission replaced, Julie and I think her name is Kelly, were both very helpful and reassuring and even went above and beyond to make sure I was all good, which i am incredibly grateful for, especially since car troubles are always very stressful for me since it is my only form of transportation. I would 10/10 recommend.
After my Corolla broke down on the road, I brought it in to see if there was any hope. Shortly after, while still recovering from a hospital stay and facing limited options, I found out it would be more expensive to repair than I could afford, especially since I still owed money on it. Throughout this difficult period, the owners showed me great kindness and understanding. My sister-in-law borrowed my 2020 Mazda and swore I had a bad transmission. It was under warranty, so I checked with them, they said take it where I wanted to. After looking at reviews I took it to ATS in Kelso they checked everything out and recommended a service at 80,000 that sounded reasonable. So that what I did car works fine, and it came in about where my deductible was so paid for it, they were straight forward, and I was happy if I need transmission work in the future I will go back.
