Great place to get your transmission worked on... – I have never left a message like this so it goes to say that this place is pretty awesome! I had a wonderful experience with this shop. Ken was very helpfull and explained everything to me to the point that I left there with no questions asked. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is great. I would definitely recommend this shop and would go there again.
Honesty in car repair! – It is so nice to find a transmission specialist who is so honest! Rich is definitely the kind of person who believes in "doing no harm." He was able to determine what was wrong with my vehicle and immediately advise me of the best direction to go with it! And, since it was not something that Rich could fix, he did not charge me a dime! Amazing that someone would do a diagnostic check and then charge me nothing. I highly recommend this shop! And, it is really close to BART.
