My sprocket broke and the chain got all wrapped around the motor. I called them in the afternoon and they were able to book me an appointment at 9am the next day. Tom arrived to look at it and told me that I needed a new motor and explained why and how much and how long the repair would take. I agreed, and within 30 minutes he came back with the new parts, and had everything up and running in 90 minutes. Automatic garage door were great. From the person who took my call at the office to the installer that came to my house Tom. Tom was very knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional. He analyzed the problem quickly provided a solution and within a couple of hours I had a functional door. What a pleasure to deal with Tom and Automatic door company.

Within 6 hours of calling, the team set up the appointment and remedied the issue, exceeding expectations. The agent on the phone walked me through intake, made a same day appointment (confirmed via email and text). I discussed the issue with the technician, Nic Cohn. He reviewed the situation, fixed the aspect, then went above and beyond with additional work not part of the original ask, patiently walking me through his actions after completion.
