Nathan Chase should not be technician to repair garage doors, and the person that answered the phone is is a nasty jerk. Our garage door opener light stays on after we use until the bulb burns out. In the troubleshooting guide part of the opener manual it states that that is a defective motor Control board. Nathan told our home warranty company it was a light bulb problem, so they refused our claim. Jeff came out promptly this morning and fixed our garage door at a very reasonable price. This company is reliable and does exceptional work. I will call them again if the need arises.

I have met Jeff, and Travis both of them fixed my problem without gouging, prices are fair, bit Monica went above and helped with insurance reimbursement, these are all good people and I would recommend them.
Nate was on time and efficient. He took the time to explain what happened to my garage and then showed me some annual upkeep for the unit. I would use this company again.
Fast, friendly and competent service. Josh did a great job. Would hire them again, but I hope this opener will last a while...
