Unwilling to give advanced notice which makes them difficult to work with. After a small miscommunication in which they dispatched service without a scheduled appointment, I clarified that our office requires scheduled appointments to avoid disrupting the business activities. After that, office staff was defensive and borderline combative. They did a good job fixing a simple issue for us once, but more complex jobs proved to be a large challenge. I would not recommend for anything beyond basic service for smaller operations

Fantastic service, fixed on the spot and all was done the next day. Very reasonable pricing.
