RecommendedOur furnace went out over the weekend. We called and Aaron was here and had fixed the furnace within 2 hours of our call. As always we were very happy with the service we received and will continue using Automatic Air in the future.
They are a family owned business that is honest and believe customer satisfaction is their top priority.
Automatic Air did install a new HVAC Trane system yesterday for me. The whole process from getting an estimate to installation and then follow up this morning was just fantastic. Ronny, Tim and others I have interacted with during the process were amazing. I have to mention though that Automatic Air has been maintaining our HVAC for years now so that was another reason I chose them to install the new system.

They saved me from freezing last week! I'd call them again in a heartbeat: after analyzing the problem and explaining it clearly, suggesting a few options for how I might go forward, and then fixing the problem, I was left with an emergency number and "don't hesitate to call, day or night."

First class service from a local (but world-class) company. Friendly, fair, prompt, courteous, attentive and they know what they are doing. Wouldn't use anyone else for my heating and air needs.
