I could not ask for any better customer service than what was provided by Automatic Shade. I had a large 6ft x 6ft Solera LiteRise shade that was new in 2019. It stopped lifting and these guys sent me a new green transmission, 3 black spring motors and 1 grey spring motor. Arrived in 2 days and took 15 mins to swap in new parts and hang the shade back up. Working perfectly now. I am sure that I will have to order more parts for other shades as our home has several of these HD lite rise shades and they are all of 2019 vintage... read more
