We were a loyal customer for a number of years. They had a change of personnel and the quality of service went way downhill. They were not helpful promptly, and always had excuses as to why things were not working. There is no way to have dialogue with them, as they blame the customer for every problem. They are expensive and will overcharge you. I still wonder what I was paying for.
