I have been using this company's presort mailing services for several years and I have been very satisfied with their customer service and efficient processing of my presort mail. Although I only use their service a couple of times per month, I am treated as though I am one of their largest customers. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to presort their first class mail.

Automated Mail has been printing our loyalty program for over a year now. All of the information that we send them is submitted electronically via their secure FTP site. Our loyalty campaign varies from month to month but we normally send out over 75,000 loyalty coupons per month and have over 5 divisions that requires quite a bit of variable data work. I am a small business owner and I just used this company for the first time last week to mail 1,500 postcards type advertisements to my customers. In the past my secretary and part time office clerk had been printing out labels from my contact list in Microsoft Outlook and sticking the labels on the postcards and then sticking stamps ($0.44 each) on the postcards to mail them. I've used Automated Mail Service now for about 5 years in a variety of capacities--direct mail printing and mailing, mailing list pulls, mail list maintenance, inkjet addressing, tabbing, inserting and sorting. They have always been very polite to me. They are extremely compentent in the mailing business.
