Your companies customer service is great. Whether I have an email request/question or call your office I am always greeted warmly and professionally. My request's are handled in a timely manner whether setting up a service call or programming gate information and sending me a print out it is always done professionally. Your staff is great.
I live in a gated condo building, and needed service to open our driveway gate. Several of the occupants' cars had to be parked on the street, and it was getting late. Called Automated Gate's after-hours' emergency number; and a technician was sent out promptly. He replaced the circuit board; and better still, I was told that we wouldn't be charged the double after-hours' price! The next day the gate again wouldn't open. All the employees are very professional, courteous and friendly. When I place a service call, it is handled with a very quick response time from one of the girls taking my call to their service tech being onsite.
Very professional and courteous from office staff to field techs. I had an issue and called after hours. It wasn't an emergency but they called at 7:30am next morning. Scheduled me in on busy day! Field Tech Daniel was very prompt and explained what he was doing. Very professional. Thank you AGS. We have used them in past and will again in the future. 🤗
