They came out for a site visit to quote a Nest security system, but did not follow through with a quote, despite at least 3 reminders and promises to do so. Very disappointing.
I wanted a hello doorbell but Leland never showed up. Made plenty of appointments and wasted a TON of my time. He cited family problems and personal issues but I tried for months. No luck.
We were referred to this company from the Nest website. He came and tried to install our Nest, without success. He said he would be back. We waited over a week for him to respond to our requests to come back and fix our thermostat. No replies, so we had to hire another company, that did a wonderful job.
