Have been trying to get the title to a vehicle that I purchased from them, and keep getting the run around. Doug has been saying for months now how he needs to find the original paperwork, and refile it. Nothing has been done, and Doug has yet to return any of my calls.
Buying a used car shouldn't be a crap shoot. Unfortunately businesses like AutoMart don't care. Case in point. A month and a half ago I bought an early 2000s Chevy that seemed to be a good deal. Two days later the power steering started going out. I've taken it to two different shops to verify the steering problem. I've also contacted the dealership several times but they refuse to return my calls. I drove the car in yesterday to talk with the owner and show him the problem. He told me to come back next week.
