Auto Manager is always there for us, Mike was great yeterday but they all are.
I have called and spoke with Mike. several times over the years and he has always been communicative and helped me fix my issues directly. I can't say enough good things about his help.

We purchased this software upfront years ago, along with optional tech support. Our original agreement clearly stated that we owned the software, and for years we were able to run it locally without issue. At some point, the company unilaterally changed their policies and effectively put our own data behind a paywall. Despite having already paid in full, continued access became dependent on ongoing fees that were never part of the original agreement.
