RecommendedVic worked hard to get me in the ride i wanted. Yes they might be a little gruff and not like usual car salesmen who will kiss your butt but they do want to do their best to make sure you get what you want or they will try to find you something close to what you want. Worst Customer Service Ever!!! When the Sales rep called I had to take a work call, he then called and left me a voicemail stating that he was being nice and trying to help me buy a car and it was rude of me to hang up on him and he will just rip up my application. That's fine buddy go ahead because I can go somewhere else. Have a nice day!
Called to ask questions about a vehicle on there and he told me he doesn’t talk about them like that over the phone. Said if I wanted it bad enough I would just come in. Horrible customer service. Check out there reviews on google and u can see what I’m talking about. More 1 star than anything. Bad business
No no no!!! Absolutely horrible, They but the cheapest vehicles they can, clear the trouble codes, sale as is and say your on your own when they break down within 30days. Got a vehicle from these guys, they had a good sales pitch, claimed all vehicles are in good health, yea ok my vehicle broke down “THE SAME DAY” I drove it off the lot. No help in repairing. No exchanges, here I am not even 90 days later with my 10th mechanic shop trip and $6k cash outta pocket for repairs later and vehicle still not dependable Averaging ab... read more

We finally find a truck we like. We had cash in hand one, Salesman informed us that they could let it go for the cash we had. $4,000. Beautiful Dodge, we were getting a great deal. But then one of the other salesman found out what my husband does for a living. Instantly the price went up almost a $1000.
