I had purchased a 2024 Highlander at another dealership. After having issues that they could not fix, I set a date to bring it into the Niagara Falls Toyota. Rachael, a sales person, was able to fix our problem in no time. She asked me how I liked my new car. I told her that I missed my old van. I was happy to purchase a new Sienna from Rachael. Now, I am a happy customer!

Elias, is an honest salesman and I just knew he was going to take good care of us from the beginning. Even though we didn’t go with the Prius prime we came to see at first he helped us when we eventually chose the RAV4 PHEV. He was responsive and didn’t pressure us even a little bit. He got us $4000 more in our trade in than other Toyota dealers we saw.
