Very happy with my experience at the Toyota dealership in Niagara Falls. Elias was an excellent sales representative helpful, reasonable, punctual, and attentive to everything I asked for. When it came time to pick up my Toyota, Jabin was amazing as the delivery coordinator. He patiently walked me through every feature, made sure I understood all the options, answered every question, and explained what I needed to know for future maintenance. Truly impressed with the service from both Elias and Jabin.

Excellent service from Ian the product advisor who assisted me in getting a rav4 2026 xle premium after having problems with my Buick. Also Kyla the finance manager that was super helpful in getting me approved was an overall excellent service and 100% recommend you pay them a visit.
