Bought a 2009 F250 diesel on 12/31/23. Chris was very helpful in showing us a few different trucks. Test drove the 2009 F250 with Perry. Had a great test drive. Had a trade in 2010 Nissan Titan gave us a great trade in valve. So far have not had any issues with the truck. it was very clean inside and out. If I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM AUTOLANE LLC!!! We purchased a vehicle from Autolane a couple months ago. About 10 minutes after driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I immediately called Autolane and was told it was probably an oil pressure sensor and would be a $200- 300 fix. By the time we got home (2 hours away) the oil pressure warning had come on. I again called Autolane and he assured me this was a common problem with Yukons. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER THEY SELL UNSAFE VEHICLES, a little over 6 months ago I bought an 2012 F-150 from here already well over KBB, as soon as I got home we found a broken leaf spring took it Ford shop and found out I had rear damage to my suspension, rear differential,my exhaust system, my front end suspension needs to be replaced. I purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram from Autolane in December of 2019, 4 months later and only 3000 miles the engine has a bad rod bearing, metal shavings in the oil. I realize this vehicle was AS IS, however when I talked with Don, the Manager, he told me their mechanic would give me a little discount on replacing the motor, I think the business should pay of the 8000 I owe to my Finance company, or pay half the coast of the motor, a 10000 dollar vehicle and I only got 3000 miles on it, what a way to stand behind the vehicles you ... read more

Beware of the conniving, lowlife, scammers at Auto Lane. They will sell you a "diamond" that turns out to be nothing more than a fire roasted dog turd on a stick that isn't even safe enough for your worst enemy to drive. They will even tell you that nothing is wrong with your "new to you" "diamond" but you will find out that there is major mechanical and safety issues wrong AND it WILL COST THOUSANDS IN REPAIRS!!! James and Perry did a very good job helping my wife and I select a truck. I wasn't interested in any other used lot on 82nd except for theirs. It took some time to pick out the right vehicle, but they patiently dealt with us until the proper selection could be made at the right price. Couldn't be happier with the rig I rolled out with. Checked out well when I took it to the Chevy dealership for a thorough inspection. Thanks guys!
After years of paying for everything in cash, and never financing anything other than my cell it was time to upgrade my vehicle situation. Don Nutt was able to work with my credit situation (having a good paying job did help) and got me into a full sized F250, lifted FX4.
