BJ spent a great deal of time finding me the exact truck I wanted, even though my specs were not easy to locate. Saturday night mind you I blew a plow line and frantically called Auto land the guy said service is closed but come on down and we will match up your line come to find out I was being helped by the owner and was treated like I had spent big money!!! thanks again Auto land I will refer anyone to you guys!!!
Second rate customer service, emailed and called multiple times before receiving a response. On top of that I was quoted 25k for my trade in and 600 dollar a month payments for my new vehicle over the phone to get me in the door. Once I get there they disrespectfully offer me 19k for my trade in and my payments are north of 700 dollars. I went to 2 other dealerships afterwards and was offered almost 25k for my trade in from both of them. Way over priced. Would never pay their prices. 5k to 10k over priced on virtually every truck.
