You don't answer your phone to get service. You have to call 1 800 numbers to get service. Go online to get the service. You leave a message and they don't call back. They need more people to hire to answer the phone. The service is good when they help you. How many times do you have to call them to get service.

Terrible experience. Salesman was fine, the car itself was a disaster. It looked good, seemed good. Purchased a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek XV in early 2018.
