Ive been with this bank for years. Very friendly people working there
I had such a positive experience in this bank, thanks to Eric Perez and Adriana Coronado. I was in a rush to get back to work and I needed help getting my auto loan process. They were able to get me in and out within 30 mins. They went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs, making the process smooth and stress free.
This review is specifically for Tanya from the real estate department. If you want a lot of attitude, rude behavior and quick spicy responses to ditch answering your questions, check out this branch. The rest of the staff and the service is Okay at best. Had to deal with them for 8 years because of my mortgage, but I strongly recommend anyone to stay away and find somewhere professional.
