Don't waste your time here, seriously. Kid appraisng my car didn't know anything about it and then proceeded to try to explain why they were offering me less about 15 grand than what was discussed on the phone. This is a middleman, not even an actual dealer.
They gave my husband and I a decent price on his 2001 Jeep almost 800 more than the dealership. We went to the Round Rock location to have it appraised and decided to take the deal and we were told we would get the money today. After signing the paperwork (and the title) we had to travel to the south congress location to pick up the check.
