Excellent service. Have been there twice for repairs and both times fixed the issues on time. Friendly staff that answered my questions and have a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.
Have needed to take my Tiguan in twice in the past several months. Both times, I had horrible experiences with the service department. Most recently, I spent $1000 on a needed safety repair. After only 2 weeks the same issue happened again. The issue VW said they fixed. I've called and left messages, no one will return my call. I will never buy a VW vehicle again. The service department staff lack in knowledge and customer service.
Everyone at the dealership has always been super helpful, to the team that sold me my first and second car and offered to take care of anything necessary, and also a shoutout to the service team from the desk to the shop 🙌
Really happy with my experience at Volkswagen North Bay. Josh and Troy were both professional, knowledgeable, and helped me get into my new Taos. Excited to be driving it and would recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new vehicle!
