Great personalized customer service. 👏
James and Ali....excellent customer service. Well done!
Just got a 2026 Tiguan, James and Ali were great to work with, answered all my questions in good time.
Following a recall appointment for my 2025 Tiguan , shortly thereafter, I had to revisit VW North Bay X2 since screen alerts repeatedly appeared that had not previously been there. The technical and service staff were very pleasant and determined to correct the problem. Steph, the operations manager, determined that it was best to leave the vehicle overnight in their service garage to successfully recalibrate and correct the problem. Next morning Steph greeted us confident that problem was solved and it was.
Visiting the dealership was a pleasant and low-pressure experience. James and Ali were friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the vehicle (Tiguan) and financing options. A Northern Ontario Package was included, which included weather protective matting - a really nice touch! Thank you!
