Let down. What they didn't know was I came in ready to buy. Pre approved my own financing through the bank and would have been a guaranteed sale. Went in looking for a truck, was told one of the employees has been using it as his personal vehicle, asked them for how long..no answer asked how much wiggle room there would be for pricing, especially since the truck is being used as a daily driver by a staff member, adding to the wear n tear, depreciation and leaving it not quite as advertised, adding KMs by the day. I have been a customer of VW for over a decade. So sad to have to post this...but....I did my seasonal tire swap in November 2024. Upon picking my vehicle up...I was informed by the service staffer that my vehicle needed new front lower control arm bushings...as they were both "torn"out. This cost was going to be over 1200.00.
