I purchased my dream vehicle..a Tiguan. It was supposed to be a great experience but quickly turned sour. From the beginning and first time buying a vehicle I will take my maintenance for it elsewhere. I did not feel appreciated, looked after and did not feel like I had their full attention when I was buying the vehicle. I get it they sell sell sell. But we are people. I was not taken seriously. We purchased a new 2024 Taos recently! A very impressive compact SUV along with high end tech and carnet features. Zaeem is very friendly and has excellent knowledge of his VWs. He helped us get a very reasonable deal with our trade in. He has great communication with their team. His manager Troy was also a pleasure to consult with. They focused on honest information with good vibes.
Purchased a new Taos in September 2024. Great vehicle so far. Great and personable service at NB VW. I was assisted by Zaeem and appreciated his no pressure sales , provided the information about the vehicle, respected our decision making process and followed up on the purchase process when he said he would. The staff are laid back and I felt like the they walked me through every step of the way.
I try to call everyday to book my appointment for service they transfer my call to service department no one pick the call today again they put me hold but no one answered
