Hard to get staff to even talk to you. They’re understaffed, was ready to buy a vehicle and got ghosted by the sales guy lol. Oh well

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle, and the staff were wonderful to deal with throughout the buying process. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to North Bay Volkswagen. If it hadn’t been for the exceptional support from other Volkswagen dealerships, I likely would have parted ways with my car altogether due to my experience with the service department.
