I had a very negative customer service experience with Mercedes Benz Autohaus On Edens. I test drove a AMG63 Wagon on the lot. The car was not sold at that period of time. Immediately following my test drive, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. We agreed to pay $20k over MSRP. Nobody had agreed to purchase it at that point in time. We began to fill out paperwork.
