This dealership is the epitamony of garbage. Their service department is lacking in quite a few areas. Instead of explaining what the part that needs to be replaced is and what it does the answer is "it reads things and is bad" When asked about tires failing inspection the advisor could not even explain tread depth. Beware, do not shop or service at this place. I have no idea how they still have a Volkswagen franchise.
I had a wonderful car buying experience dealing with H A Boyd VW! Everything was so easy ! My salesman (Scott Ortenzio) was very nice to work with and he explained everything so I could easily understand. I will surely be going there for my next vehicle!
