Lied about needing a new windshield and showed me a picture of a defect but it wasnt my windshield. And of course I didn't figure this out until after it was too late.

Got the windshield replaced on my Silverado. They did a great job, really took care of things for me. I will be back! Hopefully not too soon!
Broke my rearview mirror mount and got grease all over interior of my car. When I pointed out that the mirror mount was not latched on correctly they were rude and visibly annoyed with me. They proceeded to try and fix it but it was broken bc the person who took it off snapped it in the middle so it wouldn’t connect back together.
