Terrible experience techs dont have a clue what they are doing can barely do an oil change. Also put in a fair offer on a vehicle and disrecpected me would strongly go anywhere else

I don’t appreciate calling and scheduling an oil change and clearly explaining myself over the phone. Only to realize while my oil change is taking over an HOUR first thing in the morning that none of my questions over the phone were written down or explained to the mechanics. And then when i ask why it’s taking so long i get eye rolls. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Picked up my 2018 Subaru Outback, that is stillnot fixed , and when I picked it up and left the lot the glove box is off the hinge and will not close and cannot be locked. Called as soon as I left yesterday and still waiting for a call back, This being among the most recent issue .
