Sales and finance manipulation is unbelievable. They will not listen to you and will make you think you have no other option than the one they want you to take.
RecommendedWe were in a situation that we needed to get a car quickly and they were willing to work with us. Derrick, the director of internet sales was very helpful as was the salesman Joshua tried everything to help us. Unfortunately we live out of state and the registration run around and the COVID-19 restrictions causing issues was the reason we ended up not making the sale, but I would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future. They are great.

I brought my car in for a recall on the air bags. They did a 4 point multi inspection on the car without my knowledge. My husband had brought they gave him 7 pages of issues wrong with car. THe desk clerk Nancy told him he could not leave that he had to take a loaner to dive home that there was 7,000 worth of work there and I should trade it in because it was 9 years old. Horrible experience here. Dropped off my car for service the night before my appointment and received a text that my appointment was scheduled for 7:20AM. I called and asked for updates during the day and no one returned the calls or had an answer for when my car would be done. My car wasn’t ready until 4:20PM! When I showed the service department the text regarding my appointment time, they brushed me off and said they didn’t know I needed my car done by a certain time. RecommendedI find this dealer very efficient but I also find some of their prices ridiculously high! $77 for wiper blades! I opted out of that request. All in all their service department is great!

RecommendedThis shop was on top of it from start to finish. I was told by another shop that I had a bad bearing in my '16 Impreza. I didn't have the time for them to fix it, as I was moving from NY to MA, so I made an appointment at AutoFair Subaru. They shuttled me into town and, when I returned, told me there was nothing wrong w/ the bearing (long story). My car was returned washed and cleaned, even though no work was necessary. These guys won a customer that day.
