Purchased the jeep from Auto Fair and had some issues with sensors Leeanne in the service department was beyond helpful! She kept me informed the whole time on what was going on and I almost felt like it was her vehicle too! extremely A+ customer service from Leanne Lozzi!

I've never been to a more unknowledgeable dealership, truly amazing. And the lack of professionalism is astonishing. Evidently my "strong" bargaining led the GM make accusations and even insult me. I'm STUNNED by this experience. Please stay away, better deals at other Subaru dealers.
Unprofessional staff, dirty showroom and seriously pushy salesman. I was appalled. If you like salesman who smell like stale cigarettes and staff the doesn't know about basic manners than this is your place! Better luck at Manchester Subaru! Highly discourage anyone from shopping here.
This place is a joke!!! I called one evening interested in a car and the guy says yes it's here and still available! He told me to see what my credit union could do because I would be better off through my credit union. So being very interested in the car I called my loan officer right up and got approved. Within a half hour I called him back and got no answer. I called several times and left messages and got no respond.
