My wife and I just purchased a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek at AutoFair in Haverhill and the experience with awesome. Our salesperson Doug was very professional and very knowledgeable regarding the functionality of the cars. He got us a great deal. We would recommend AutoFair and Doug to anyone.
Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Bought a new 2018 Forrester which makes a popping sound at 25 MPH every time it is driven. Also muffler sounds like it is choking at times with frequent condensation build up. Took back to Autofair who said they don't know what is causing the noise and said everything is fine . Convinced noise is related to a defect in exhaust system
I took my recently purchased used Subaru to be checked out for the brakes and a non-working window button and got extremely timely and well informed service.
