RecommendedWent in for an oil change and the attendant was very informative and friendly. I forgot my bagel in the crosstrek and the mechanics actually lowered the lift so they could give it to me lol. Seriously, buy the coupon book they sell as they give you two free oil changes . It’s more money up front ,but saves you around 130 bucks since there oil changes for the synthetic is around 65 dollars or so. Outstanding service provided nice and professional people. The service department is open until 8 pm for those of use who work late.
Great experience with the service dept.Rob Mc Dermott has gone out of his way to make sure everything goes right and Nancy always gives 100%. The customer always comes first. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service is fast and I trust them with car. Would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their car serviced.
RecommendedBought a 2018 Crosstrek in May. The whole process was effortless and flawless. Took the car in for its first oil change (FREE) last Saturday. Mike in Service was wonderful I ordered mats in the parts dept. while waiting for my car Serge who was our salesperson comes over to say hi asking if we were happy. He remembered us! Who does that!? Yeah these people do. Excellence all the way around in every department.
