This was my 2nd shop stop to get an estimate for a minor cosmetic damage in my rear door. Although minor, this was causing extensive issues due to the door sensor indicating an open door. The office was clean and well kept and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained the process throughly and before I knew it, I was on my way.! If I could give them more stars, I would. They have a gained a loyal customer.
Recently had a hit-and-run done to my car and was referred over to Frank at Autocraft LA for quality repairs. This location beat expectations for sure! Very friendly and informative team throughout the entire process that even went out of their way to personally pick up a replacement part that was very limited in stock to ensure my car was fixed ASAP! Wow! This was my second time going to LA Auto Craft — hands down, every time I get my car back, it feels like I missed it! Frank does an amazing job. I honestly couldn’t even tell my car had been hit — it looked like it just came out of the factory. The quality of the work is top-notch. Frank was also super helpful throughout the whole process.
