Never received a worst deal in my life. They keep you there all day promising 0% financing and at the end of the day they do not deliver.
Jerry Price and his entire staff is the best in the metro St Louis area! They r always friendly and helpful...no matter what issue u may have! I recommend them to everyone!

Dissatisfied with the suv I got. No warranties. Had it one year and the transmission is out. Wouldn't replace crack in windshield. Had down payment and pretty decent credit score. Someone i know walks in there today and receives a new car with no down payment and crap credit score. Will not be spreading the word on you.
Excellent customer service. Colt Schmitz worked hard to get me into a brand new Sentra and not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Steve Anders is the nicest Finance Manager I've ever dealt with when buying a car. Really nice place...we will be back.
I came to auto centers Nissan because my mother bought her car there and she had nothing but good things to say , I on the other hand was treated like I didn't matter and no one there wanted anything to do with me or offer any kind of help at all with finding or working with me on any car I was interested in , i repeatedly text and called the sales man and sales manager asking for help finding something to fit my needs and my budget and was blown off more than once , I am 1000% unsatisfied with my experience and at this poin... read more
Unsatisfied Customer
Knowingly sold me a used car with frame damage and were not completely honest about it, now i can't refinance it anywhere. Then, they told me they'd work on a deal to take the car off my hands. Because i have sub prime credit, they didn't sell me a new car. Hell, between the sales guy, finance mgr, and gm, nobody has called me back to explain what the plan or not plan to do for selling me a lemon. I'll be contacting the bbb and the state of Illinois to file complaints. Caviat Emptor with this outfit.
