Salesmen are a bunch of rip offs and the managers are worse....do not recommend
The employees treat you like family, and the service is the best!
It's a shame they actually force you to pick a number between 1 and 5. If I were providing an honest rating, it would be well below 1. This dealership was awful to deal with. I test drove a vehicle twice, negotiated a price, made an appointment to sign the paperwork and as I was leaving my house received a text message that the car I was coming to purchase had been sold about 15 minutes earlier. We had the worst experience ever. My husband spoke with Bob for 2 days about what we wanted and were we needed the payments to be. My husband asked if that type of deal would even be possible. Bob states I do not see why not and set up a appointment. We arrived and Bob passed us off to Darren. Darren had no idea about the conversation that we had with Bob the last 2 days. I drove 301 miles in 5hrs to get my wife the specific vehicle she wanted. From when I called the dealership until we drove away I was impressed. Hands down best dealership and personnel I have ever dealt with. I would for sure make the drive again for another vehicle.
I purchased a used Nissan Armada from here less than 2 months ago. We have put roughly 1500 miles on the vehicle. A couple weeks in we started hearing a popping noise from the front end. Took it up to the service department and they were great. Fixed us without any issues. 2 weeks later we received a postcard telling us our tires need to be replaced. I bought at BRAND NEW Sentra from them in October 2010. Since then, I've had to replace the battery terminal that was recalled, 2 batteries, the fuel pump, the air conditioning unit and now the sensors in the computer are going out! For being the only person who has owned this car, it sure turned out to be a lemon! Then when I called to complain and see what they'll do to help me out, a sales guy said he felt bad and they'd "take care of me" and "get me into a new car."
