Our experience started out well but after the purchase it all went downhill. We found a 2013 Ram Big Horn on carfinders that was located at this dealership. We went to look at it and we liked it. The sales man was wonderful and even the finance person was great. Though they do lack in giving you all the information you need. We left very happy customers but that did not last for long. A little discouraged as I emailed Bob Staggs a few times with what we were looking for and our price point. He emailed me a few options and said "here is what I have that will fit what you are trying to do". He got me in the door and handed me to Arthur, as Bob was "Internet Sales". This was not an issue. Arthur was fantastic. A transplant from a St. Louis area dealership and very personable and understanding.
