I went in for a specific vehicle online back in October. Well when I was supposedly not approved even though really there was a couple that I overheard that came in after me wanting the same vehicle they got it and I didn't so then they put me in a new Sentra and they charge me for the regular price instead of the online pricing that I was there for in the first place so now I'm paying 5/8 thousand more than expected
The Nissan dealership on Hillside Avenue 153 -12 Hillside Avenue are great.. I recommend if you thinking about buying a car trading in your car this is absolutely the best dealership to go to I give it A5 star on customer service Nisha Edmund is one of the greatest customer service that I have dealt with since 2012 what my Nissan Altima that I traded in for the Pathfinder and continuously works with my scheduling me for my maintenance chech up and letting me know absolutely fabulous....
Nigel and Ryan were amazing ! This was a very good car buying experience for my family and I. They were attentive and did everything to help us. I would defiantly recommend this location and Nigel and Ryan to anyone needing to buy a car !

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove an hour to purchase a Range Rover they had at the dealership in the used car lot. When asking if it had any problems or what they had done to it already they said they did routine things when they got it in including brake pads. They also said since a suspension light came on when we drove it that we could take it to the Land Rover dealership and have them check the car over and if ANYTHING was wrong with it they would pay to have it fixed. My husband and I had a very negative experience at a different Nissan dealership, but then we came to AutoCenters Nissan and they completely saved us. Ryan in finance and Nick in sales took complete care of us from finding the exact car we were looking for to going to pick it up for us. I went into AutoCenters Nissan knowing a general idea of what I wanted. Nathan, Glen, Nick, and Ryan all worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I loved that I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and that helped the process of finding the car I wanted.
