So I went here everything seemed great I have bad credit but was told they could help!!!! Well turns out they took my information ran my credit and never helped me I drove an hour and a half!! Just for them Todo nothing!! And I never heard from them again... So there's that.
Love the whole experience of this dealership. From purchasing the car to service appointments, everything is smooth and very accommodating!
Great, no pressure dealership. Very nice selection of new and pre owned vehicles. We were greeted promptly after arrival, and the sales force were helpful without "hovering". They allowed you time to look and discuss on your own, but were always close by to answer questions. Overall, very good buying experience with Nick. At first the service seemed good. Until we were asked to bring our car back after 2 weeks. We were told that the bank pull out at the end. Then we talked to Capital One and they knew nothing about it. So not really sure what happened. They lied and made sure that they got the car sold until thier ass was on the line. Horrible people. Don't go there the devil is in charge and turn thier salesman into thier little devil pawns. #Wolves in sheep clothing. #devilsadvocate #boilerroom
Never go to them. Horrible place to get a car. They play around on the job, they are not for the customers and they lie
Walked in to service center without an appointment. They told me it would be about an hour wait...I expected more since I didn’t have an appointment. My car was finished in 65 minutes and they even vacuumed it out for me. Very pleased with their service. Everyone was very courteous. Oh..and the charge was LESS than what I expected. And though I didn’t use their snack counter, they do have free coffee, sodas, and snacks.
Everyone was very informed, courteous and helpful.
